Teachers Pay Teachers- Get Inspired and make Some $$$$
Teachers Pay Teachers is a site where you can put up your intellectual property like original lesson plans, worksheets, and kits. You can also buy other teacher's intellectual property and used items.
If you subscribe to their newsletter, you get free downloads each week and a free book every month. I have used many things from this site in the last few months. I highly recommend it!
